I would like to know more about:
1. Deposit and Payments
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. This deposit guarantees availability and allows us to begin preparing your personalized floral arrangement.
The deposit must be paid once the budget has been approved and signed by the client .
The reservation will not be considered valid until said deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event .
If full payment is not received within this period, Studio Flor reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refunding the deposit already paid .
This advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation outside the established period .
2. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
- Cancellations must be notified at least 30 days prior to the event to receive a full refund .
- If cancelled between 14 and 29 days before , 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable .
3. Date changes
Date changes are permitted subject to availability , at no additional cost, if requested at least 21 days in advance .
4. Refunds
Since we work with personalized and perishable products (such as fresh flowers), returns are not accepted once the service has been delivered.
5. Transport and Assembly
The service includes transportation, assembly, and disassembly within a 30-km radius of Alicante.
For events outside this area, an additional cost will apply depending on the distance.
6. Use of the Material and Damages
All decorative elements (arches, structures, fabrics, accessories, etc.) are property of Studio Flor.
The client will be responsible for any damage, loss or misuse during the event.

About the founder:
Since I was little, I was always surrounded by art. My interest in aesthetics and handmade art led me to explore different forms of creative expression. During the International Baccalaureate, I chose Art at the advanced level and earned the highest grade with a final exhibition that reaffirmed my calling.
Later, I moved to Paris to study fashion design, where I honed my visual sensibility and learned to work with colors, shapes, and textures in a unique way. This artistic training, combined with a deep passion for natural details and decoration, gave rise to Studio Flor.
Today I dedicate myself to creating floral arches and custom decorations for weddings and events. I work with natural flowers, sustainable materials, and an environmentally conscious approach, always seeking to convey harmony, beauty, and natural elegance.
I speak Spanish, English, Croatian, and German, which allows me to connect with international clients and easily adapt to different styles and cultures.
