1. Deposit and Payments
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. This deposit guarantees availability and allows us to begin the personalized preparation of your floral arrangement.
The deposit must be paid once the client has approved and signed the quote. The reservation will not be considered valid until this deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 10 days before the event .
If full payment has not been received and is not visible in our account by the event date, Studio Flor reserves the right to cancel the order without refund of the deposit .
This advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation outside the established period .
2. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
- Cancellations must be notified at least 30 days prior to the event to receive a full refund .
- If cancelled between 14 and 29 days before , 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable .
3. Date changes
Date changes are permitted subject to availability , at no additional cost, if requested at least 21 days in advance .
4. Refunds
Since we work with personalized and perishable products (such as fresh flowers), returns are not accepted once the service has been delivered.
5. Transport and Assembly
The service includes transportation, assembly, and disassembly within a 30-km radius of Alicante.
For events outside this area, an additional cost will apply depending on the distance.
6. Use of the Material and Damages
All decorative elements (arches, structures, fabrics, accessories, etc.) are property of Studio Flor.
The client will be responsible for any damage, loss or misuse during the event.

In the case of outdoor events, the client must provide a covered alternative .
Studio Flor is not responsible for damage caused by adverse weather conditions if such an alternative has not been provided.
8. Force Majeure
Studio Flor is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure, including but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, illness, accidents, or legal restrictions.
9. Image Policy
Studio Flor reserves the right to use images of the montages created for promotional purposes, unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing.
10. Data Protection
Studio Flor complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) . The personal information provided by clients will be used exclusively for the management of the contracted service and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
